Postman's Knock, Lynmouth, first floor apartment with private parking

Parking spot was excellent. Apartment clean and tidy.

Front door could do with painting as it creates a poor first impression, which is not representative of a lovely apartment

Location was perfect, nice size one bedroom apartment

Although owner requests dogs not to be allowed into bedroom, people who have stayed clearly ignored, dog’s hairs found on blanket luckily we didn’t need to use item. free toiletries, none left for our stay received apology, 5 sachets of shower/hair gel dropped off. Very difficult to open and about one teaspoon in each we had brought a small amount of our own toiletries luckily, no supermarket in lynmouth which highlighted the importance of ensuring items are either provided or not included in accommodation description. No normal tea only green, earl grey & flavour. Dog ball found under sofa

Beautifully appointed and spacious apartment close to all facilities in Lynmouth. Lovely sea views. Modern and tasteful styling.
