Host & Stay - Riftswood at Ruby

Ideal location.

Couldn’t get the shower to work properly.

nice and clean, and it's a great location, perfect base for short stay holiday.

The property was very clean. The furnishings and fittings were of a high quality.

Saltburn is a lovely little town and everyone is very friendly. We were very near all the facilities and the seafront. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

If the accommodation upstairs was occupied , it was very noisy.

Convenience comfort and ease of use .loved walk in shower.

Maybe black out curtains as venetian blinds let in too much light at front bedroom ...also the swivel closure on venetian blinds couldn't be accessed by shorter people....the windows were open in kitchen and bathroom and difficult to access to close.

- agree with comments from others that the pan need an upgrade - the bedroom was too bright, maybe blackout curtain would be nice - did not receive access code until 30mins before arrival

Really clean, comfortable, handy for beach and train station

In the advert it said there were washing and drying facilities (assuming these were for washing and drying clothes, but there was nothing there for that) Could do with a full length mirror for the ladies the mirror in the bedroom was too high up you had to be at least 5ft 8inches to see your head and the mirror in the living room was also high, where as the mirror in the bathroom was too low and did not swivel.
