Spotless first floor apartment in quiet area with excellent facilities. About 5 mins walk to train station, with easy access to Central London. Perfect for our trip to White Hart Lane as we headed towards Enfield after the concert whereas most people were heading the opposite direction, so ideal for football weekends. Excellent communication from Mark which was most helpful. Would certainly use again.

Probably that our visit was so short, only two nights. I had absolutely no issues with the apartment or its facilities.

Beautifully presented. Very attractive, very comfortable and very clean. Easy access and self check-in with pin code. Lots of free street parking right outside. Great size with separate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Host (Mark) responded quickly to messages and phone-calls, and was really nice and welcoming! The fruit bowl was appreciated!

We loved the property and would definitely stay again!! Some suggestions. Would be helpful to have one page with simple step-by-step instructions for the new front-loading washer-dryer. (We couldn’t find an easy guide on line so we were apprehensive to use the dryer function.) Also we Australians were unfamiliar with the heating system so couldn’t work out how to turn it on. As mentioned to Mark, the instant coffee in the canister was sadly stale and there was no milk. I read reviews that others complained the apartments were noisy. We did not find this generally, however, one morning a family with small children were up and running around and playing noisily at 6am. I don’t think the family were aware of the noise travelling. We tried to ignore it but it was irritating as we were jet-lagged and exhausted. Perhaps Mark could put a sign in every apartment noting that this is a shared environment and noise travels between units, so out of consideration for other occupants, please minimise noise between 9pm and 8am. I guess if you want a a guaranteed quiet night, ask for the top apartment. Please note this was only one morning and would not stop me booking this exceptional accommodation!

Very comfy/cosy/well maintained and a real representation of the pictures online. Host was checking in and giving updates. (Eg) informed me that a new mattress was being arranged for me before staff came to replace it. Had most appliances/equipment available. 5 minute walk to the overground tube, in direct route of buses and a minute away from a big peaceful park. Fruit basket was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in a quiet village on the outskirts of London.

Hearing other tenants very easily (when walking above on their floor or outside in the lobby area and also when talking). Met a clogged kitchen sink and shower that I ended up unclogging as I had to shower again before maintenance came to sort out. Broom/mop was probably the only thing that made it different from a home away from home. Only 1 small mirror available (the bathroom cupboard) If possible another can maybe fit in the hallway to the living room.
