The location is good. Good value for money

The apartment main door doesn't lock, and there are no keys. There are three heaters in the room unnecessarily, and only one of them works. The bathroom has mould, and the toilet seat is broken. Floor was not properly cleaned. No soaps.

Easy check in.

Everything was broken (tiles, windows, walls). Uncomfortable and can hear everyone in other rooms.

That it was pretty central to Leicester city central

unsafe with non working smoke alarms, broken flooring, radiator hanging off the wall, unhygienic/dirty side units and mould on the mattress. We would like a full refund as we didn’t end up staying at the property and stayed somewhere else.

No remote no heating condoms under matress shall I stop there !???

Nothing. We chose not to stay.

Apartment was not as advertised. No cups or glasses, smelt damp and of stale cooking and no living area as advertised. We did not stay in the apartment and made alternative arrangements.
