the sun rises very early around 4:30 a.m. and the blinds on the windows do not close, which lets the light in and prevents you from sleeping.

Style of the property was lovely. Good location and parking not to far from the property.

Plumbing issues within first day of staying but host did rectify this quickly. Due to this issue we did find wood lice in the property for the rest of our stay. Place could have been a little cleaner on arrival as there was dust and stains on the walls and skirting. Had to move sofa forward as there was a leak coming from the ceiling particularly when it was raining.

The landlord was easy to reach and helped me easily get keys, move in and with anything else I needed. Very kind and helpful.

The wifi. It was not always connecting. I kept restarting my devices. It was annoying. The echo. Everytime neighbours open or close their doors It echos very loudly. The first day I was scared thinking someone is breaking in.

location was close to what we needed. very quite & private.

the bathroom wasn’t clean when we got there & there were small bugs on the floor every day. the shower head & silicone in the shower have mould on them. We weren’t able to find the iron but found the ironing board & we had to clean the washing machine/dryer ourselves as it made our clothes smell terrible. we could also feel the springs in the mattress so think that a new one is needed for the apartment.

The drainage could have been better Emptying the kitchen sink sent dirty water into the shower sink. A little aroma ensued ![It was not sewerage] It is located in the old part of Hull centre hence the problem?
