Location was excellent. Rooms were roomy. Parking was good at the front & reasonable at the back.

Clear floor marking on the step into the lounge.Fire Doors were poorly adjusted which meant that they were too heavy & almost impossible to stop them banging, not just in our room but others around as well. They were so poorly adjusted that my wife was struggling to get through the door before it was pushing her. I know from my job experience that fire doors need to close but closers have a two step system which wasn’t used or not correct. No instructions for central heating or induction hob.

Nice place good location.

The dirty fag's buts left in a dish in the cupboard.

Very well appointed apartment, it was spotlessly clean and the heating worked well which was very welcome as the weather was awful! It was great to have robes provided.

It was quite expensive for 1 night

Perfect place for a family stay and will be booking again next year if not sooner. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, supplied with coffee, sugar and tea, washing up liquid and washing liquid which helped having a 7 month old

Beautiful property in the penthouse. Great location for Southport. Plenty of parking. Quiet and private.
