"Overall the place is okay."

Location was good. Living room was spacious.

Poor mattress with spring being felt when slept on the bed. Couldn鈥檛 take a proper shower as the water doesn鈥檛 drain out from the bathtub well.

The property was beautiful with beautiful interior and design. It was immaculately clean and looked newly renovated and refurbished. The rooms were all a decent size and beautifully decorated. There was even a washing machine at hand, and the host was kind enough to leave the kitchen filled with essentials such as oil, sugar, teas and coffee, spices and loads more. It is located pretty near Birmingham town centre and a short five minute bus or car ride will get you in to town.

The property only has one toilet/bathroom, that鈥檚 something to bear in mind. We ended up staying there during the heatwave and the property got really hot, it would have been really helpful if there had been a couple of fans available to help cool down. But apart from that I have nothing negative to say about the property or the host.
