very good location, big property, close to Tesco and shops/cafés quick walk into Margate. right next the beach.

garden was over grown and patio dirty sad as I would have been nice to sit out. living room window broken with a do not open sign. this wasn’t great with hot weather. so had to keep leaving the front door open good place just need lots of finishing touches.
