"OK location but needs housekeeping improvements"

Location was decent. It's about a 30 minute walk from the centre, and is a straight road from the train station. Nice shower.

The apartment smelled like the previous occupant had been smoking, and the smell lingered even into our last day there. The plates were dirty when we arrived and needed rewashing before they could be used. The member of our group who stayed on the sofa bed came out in a large rash.

2 bedroom apartment, very modern and exceptionally clean, really nice setup in which seems to be a building formerly operating as corporate offices, loads of parking and the other occupants seemed very friendly.
