It was very old and tired. Needed doing up.Sofa bed mattress stained. main bed very uncomfortable, mattress needs replacing. Sofas old so uncomfortable. TV kept losing signal so couldn’t be used. worst part was that it was really cold. Night storage heaters ineffectual. Had to use two duvets to keep warm. photos on booking. com are either old or photoshopped. I assumed the photo of a building that was there was the front of where I was staying, but it certainly wasn’t. Must have been local attraction. Inaccurate advertising. Lesson learned - should have read the reviews!

Property smelt dusty, old. Paint was yellowing. Bathroom was in need of updating, new sealant, new door, new bath panel, mouldy sealant. Settees need changing. Kitchen very basic. Everything tired, old and a bit smelly. Was booked in for two nights only stayed one.

the boiler was noisy water had very little pressure and shower head leaked tv was very small floor boards very creaky other than that it was lovely

Had a bit of trouble finding the place but I spoke to the owner and found it straight away after that. I was expecting a room and bathroom but in fact I had a one bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise, fully equipped kitchen and separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. Apartment was clean and comfortable if a little tired but location was perfect for what I needed. Would stay there again.

The 'hostess' was amazingly kind and helpful, by phone. The apartment was roomy, WiFi worked well. We took our own food but there was plenty of kitchen ware etc. Corsham itself was quiet and charming. The countryside was wonderful. The Methuen estate was well worth visiting. All the people we met were friendly.

Marvellous Indian restaurant and plenty of pubs with food and could easily drive to Bath etc but would have preferred another restaurant in the area e.g. Chinese (only take-away at the moment).

Host was amazingly accommodating allowing me to change my dates twice! Bed was really comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Lovely location as well.
