Spotlessly clean and modern, very comfortable and quiet.

Very clean and room was very nice and warm! Loads of blankets and kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, microwave and sink). Hostess was very friendly and helpful

At night time I could hear footsteps and some noise on the floor above me as the room is on the ground floor of the family house.

The place is fully equipped - the kitchenette has everything you might need to cook a proper dinner - with a table that is also perfect for working if you need to. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean and super modern. A special mention for the parking: the host provides secure private parking inside the property, which is a plus. Finally: property was very clean, this is definitely an excellent point

There are two points worth mentioning. First, unfortunately the srudio is not soundproof, and noises from the main house can be heard quite clearly. There are children in the house and, as you can imagine, children can be lively, so some background noise is to be expected. Second, the toilet flush is very, very loud. Personally, this didn’t bother me, but I noticed in other reviews that some guests were hesitant to use it at night for fear of waking others. This being said, the property is excellent.

Unassuming from the outside, but the flat was surprisingly lovely and modern inside! Very well designed and kitted out with a comfy bed.

Communication was concerningly poor. I originally booked a different flat, but the host cancelled it (double booking). He offered a swap or a refund, I said yes to a swap and he didn't reply to that or my follow up message. I got the automatic "enjoy your stay" message the day before arrival and nothing else. It was disconcerting not knowing if my booking was confirmed.
