From start to finish this place is a disaster. the moment you walk in, the amount of rubbish on the floor is ridiculous and they said that "it is ready for your arrival" there was so many dated envelopes for other people that wasnt picked up, they state that "a cleaner comes in at 10 so you have to leave" so why didnt this cleaner "turn up at 10" before I arrived? upon entry, the coat wardrobes are literally hanging off and are not fixed. They claim to have a TV but it doesnt work as it is not connected to anything and when I asked for wifi they said no. NO?? in 2024? paying £300 for 2 nights and you dont get wifi is an absolute outrage. the bed was not what was shown in the picture, the frame itself is different, I was expecting a bed with a White headboard but I was faced with a cheap black frame. the wardrobe was open and there was other peoples old stuff in the apartment. the wardrobe doors could not be closed. All in all, I feel absolutely robbed by this property and wouldnt dream of recommending it to anyone. I was a bit cautious because of the bad reviews but they dated back to 2 years ago so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may have rectified these things, turns out that they owners are just lazy money grabbers. They dont have a clue about hospitality. avoid at all costs.
