"Overall good."

no breakfast. it was self catering. Good flat, good location, reasonably well equipped.

Contact person never answered the phone despite calls. No reply via computer either. No point in giving a contact if they do/will not reply. Electric fire in lounge has not been used for years (broken and dirty)

Comfortable bed with good pillows. Tap water was nice for drinking. Heating worked well.

Unit was dirty and shower was very tricky to use with no instructions. Kitchen cupboards messy and unorganized so cooking there was unpleasant. Unit inside and outside need a good clean up then it would be much more pleasant.

It was superb, a real home from home, well appointed, everything you needed was there. Really happy with this property, so much so that I have made future bookings.

The shower has a defect (reported to the owner) that results in either scolding hot water or Luke warm water with very little flow.
