SUMMIT Apartment - Cozy Aberdeen West End Flat Prime Location - Perfect for Short or Long stay - 1 bedroom

Location was an easy, flat, 20 minute walk to town in a nice area of the city with local cafes, restaurants and bars around. Building was very quiet and felt secure. Host was very communicative and responive when needed. Lounge was a good size. Easy access to buses or around 6 pound in a taxi.

We did have some issues with the overall state of cleanliness in the property, especially in the kitchen. As others have said, the bed is small and the linen, pillows etc are due for an update. The overall feel of the property is 'tired'. However, I raised these concerns with the owner while we were still at the property and they were very grateful for the honest comments and have offered me some free nights once they have addressed all the issues so don't let this put you off. Once the place has been freshened up and given a little TLC it will be a really well priced, well located little place to stay.

Comfortable apartment. Quiet location.

It was a bit dark with dark furniture and woodwork. Too many air fresheners meant it was quite perfumed. But it was overall a cozy, safe feeling apartment with lovely friendly hosts.

Location was excellent, easy access to all local amenities. The apartment was immaculately clean upon arrival, and very well equipped with all the essentials needed for a short-term or long-term stay. Kitchen is also well equipped for all your needs. The host was super attentive when required, but quite honestly not needed because everything in the property was functional and correct. The flat is located in an affluent area of Aberdeen, a quiet area but by no means remote. The heated under-blanket on the bed is certainly a nice touch, and definitely lends itself to the property name COZY Apartment. We have numerous trips to Aberdeen each year............this will be our new go to place! Definitely recommended to others visiting the Aberdeen area. 10/10!

Nothing! There is nothing not to like about this apartment!

This apartment was in excellent location for family Christmas round the corner. As we were with family, we did not use all the facilities available. Key access was well explained and simple to use. It was very quiet, good central heating and plenty of space for a couple. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed linen and towels were of very good quality, the bed was comfortable and warm. Kitchen was well stocked although we did not use the cooking facilities. A large fridge freezer was available. The living area was large , with plenty of seating, again we did not use to full advantage. We know that the buses into the centre are close and frequent. We would certainly use this apartment again.

The apartment is small…therefore one must be aware that space is limited. We found the bed a little small for us (both over 70!) and space in bedroom a bit tight. Only one thing needs to be addressed…the bedroom window is quite draughty, chilly on that side of the bed. Perhaps a thick curtain on a pole would solve this…just for the winter months!

Spacious, well appointed

Entrance lobby looks shabby and interior would benefit from pictures on the walls. Door locks also fiddly and a little annoying to unlock from inside or outside.
