Location was great.

The property had a dark dingy feel to it when you walked in. The landing access is shared with a dog owner who has bags of dry dog food outside and also uses the landing as his smoking area which leaves a very unpleasant smell. The flat was unclean and unkept. Although once a complaint was made, the staff sent cleaner’s. The place is very tired and worn and needs new furniture, Bath and Shower and appliances. It was extremely overcharged for what it was. Hats off to the staff though who dealt with my complaints quickly and fairly.
