Property is in an excellent location and the apartment was very clean and had all the facilities that we required.

The lift was out of order for the most of our stay which was very inconvenient as one of our party had some issues with climbing stairs and as the apartment is on the 4th floor, this made for a very difficult time. We had the same problem when we stayed in the property last year.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Location so close to city centre and secure parking.

Ran out of hot water when everyone showered at the same time.

The location was great, just a short walk to the centre. Loved that the apartment had parking.

Can I suggest that you perhaps put a picture of the key and the fob to distinquish which is used to open the pedestrian gates and the front door and which is for the carpark gate. It was not made clear. Perhaps younger guests would know but for older people not used to keyfobs, it was very confusing. Also, it could do with a light at the entrance door as when we arrived, it was dark and the lighting was very poor to see the keypad. Once we had the keyfob - and worked out how it should be used - it was ok.
