Location is excellent. Spacious apartment with private entrance and outdoor eating space.

Door handle is very stiff to lock/unlock. One bedroom window is difficult to close.

The location to the centre of Paignton and the excellent beach at Goodrington. Also the private entrance to the property.

Better signage or direction to find the property on arrival would be useful. A weeks supply of washing up liquid and toilet roll would have been helpful. Also locking and unlocking the door proved difficult.
