Apartment 3, Pheonix Flats.

The flat is really good!!

Great location just a short walk to the town centre. Convenient parking on site. Communication prior to arrival was helpful and access to the apartment was easy. The apartment, while not overly spacious, was very comfortable. We arrived late afternoon and after walking the town for an hour and being told by every restaurant that they were either booked out or couldn’t take more people because they were short staffed, we were very grateful the apartment had a full kitchen with all the necessities and a market just down the road. My only suggestion here is maybe some staples like oil could be added to the kitchen. Laundry facilities are also available but no detergent provided.

We were on the lower level of the building and could hear the people above us moving around.

Location is great

Shower, water flow was poor.

The apartment was hot when we entered so we opened the patio doors and people were smoking on next balcony so we had to shut the doors and just be hot. No smoking on premises should include outdoor areas.

It was well appointed and had the space we needed. The parking was easy. The location was great.

It was a little rough on the outside.
