Great location in the town centre. So close to everything. Easy check-in process, very professional. Would definitely book again.

Washer/Dryer extremely noisy, kept thumping every 30 seconds. Must have been a real pain to the neighbours. Could use some lighting over the bathroom mirrors.

I stopped here for Ironman UK. The location was great and made everything so easy on the weekend. The host provided some documents which made things clear including, the door key and code instructions, cleaning instructions, the parking, loading/drop off times (as the car park is a 5 minute walk and anything else you can think of. The rooms were modern and the beds very comfortable. Finally, at first we thought it was going to be extremely loud due to the increased traffic around the event but instead it was surprisingly quiet.

The water temp in the bathrooms could have been warmer.

The number of spots that you could use to charge life's essentials for modern travelling. The central location. The ease that you could have cooked, if we had wanted to. The pleasant size and state of the apartment.

There are a couple of buildings owned by same owners but only front door of building identifies which building you are staying in. We had to call the owners and they were great directing us to correct building. The apartment itself is spacious. We were given a complimentary upgrade from one to two bedroom apartment. Sadly there was damage in flat to. Plates, blinds on windows and on walls. We found out on leaving previous people who stayed damaged flat. So not sure why we were put in there? The previous people had also stuffed rubbish ie bottles, nail clippers, etc under the bedside tables. We spotted as we saw glinting and was part full and empty water bottles. We informed the lady who was there to clean apartment on day of leaving as we did not want to be blamed for damage which included human bite marks on the wooden blinds, and broken. Lady stated these were to be replaced. Also heating was cut off, on the Saturday. We hhad booked Monday to Monday. All the heating is electric heating and digital displays. We tried to switch on/off nothing worked. I rang left message to contact number, left voicemail, and also emailed, no responses. Heating was turned back on again later in the evening and as it was week of snow ice and outside temperature below zero, the flat was getting quite cold. I got no response to my messages until Monday morning in response of apology and heating had been remotely turned off and then turned back on again. This was not great as we had no heating and mo control over it. Also informed lady who was there to clean and she apologised and said would pass on our concerns to owners. Also we did not want to be billed for damage in flat and made sure we showed her all damage we spotted. Flat is nice, spacious, but was cold on arrival and trying to work out heating also arrival was a bit of pain especially bathroom in hallway was very cold. We managed which switch controls what and got bathroom warn.

The property located at the city centre. Many attractions are within walking distance. The host is helpful.
