Well presented and decorated room. Everything worked find and had all basic amenities. Bed comfortable enough, and there was a desk / bar área where could use laptops etc. Was on the small side but very efficient use of space, where that wasn't necessarily a negative. The handbook also contained an itinerary, bug plus!

Not the fault of the owners but not in the best location, and parts of folkestone nearby quite rough. We were using the place as a base for a family wedding though in the countryside so didn't effect us. It's probably ideal for 2 or 3 nights, or slightly longer if there on business travel alone, but not quite in the right location for anything longer on leisure, especially if based in the town day to day.
