"A lovely caravan in great location, just needs a bit of TLC."

The caravan was very spacious, lovely lounge area and kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Good outdoor space with outdoor seating. Response was very quick from owners.

It wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The bathroom still had toothpaste stains splattered around the sink and mirror and a dirty toothpaste stained cup left on the shelf. The Kettle needs renewing very old and tattered inside. The top of the oven wasn’t very clean, greasy marks on it. A couple of loose knobs on the oven huge risk of leaving the gas on if knocked accidentally which we did a couple of times.

Very comfortable caravan.Lovely big wrap around deck to catch the sun all day.Well appointed caravan with thoughtful tea and coffee tray assortment.

E mail(as promised) with the lockbox code on the day of arrival.It didn’t arrive so we had to disturb the owners,but they were quite happy for a chat.

"Lovely quiet position"

Loved the van and the position on the park. Kitchen equipment is very good quality and lovely and clean. Comfortable sofas and Netflix was a definite bonus. If the beds were replaced, we'd loved to stay again.

The beds were really uncomfortable, with the springs coming through. The double bed has one right in the middle, so the duvet had to be used as a mattress topper. The gas cooker knobs are loose, and we accidently left the oven on as we didn't realise it hadn't turned off. Also, the site wanted to charge us £18 each for a pass,which is a bit extortionate for a four day stay.

Location. Comfort price were all excellent. Well equipped

Cobwebs and lack of cleaning of high areas such as extractor canopy and vent above the sink. I cleaned them myself
