Parkview Caravan California cliffs

Everything the caravan was perfect location was a bit hard to find other than that we loved every minute x

Chinese not good amusement arcade was bever open but the fish and chip shop was excellent

Modern and Very clean. well maintained and had everything you needed. Near all the local attractions and was in a very quiet area of the park but within a few mins walk of the amenities.

There was a very helpful lady at the california cliffs reception, unfortunately can not remember her name but she was working on our last day, Saturday 20th May in the am. The caravan itself was very clean, and very comfortable with everything you could need there (cleaning bits, plates, bowls, cutlery, pillows and bedding), with the beds already made up for us before we arrived. The shower was amazing and a very decent size with lots of room. The two toilets were very handy. It was very warm even when Steve helped us turn off the heating. I absolutely loved the balcony with outside seating and having the balcony doors open while relaxing in the caravan. It was nice to put a face to a name when Steve turned up (although out the blue), to check the gas and he was very friendly and helpful, with both steve and kirsty being very approacable and helpful with any quries we had before and throughout our trip. Even when we arrived we were greeted with a surprise for my birthday, so thank you Steve and Kirsty for the lovely gesture, it was very much appreciated and enjoyed. The staff onsite at the swimming pool, the boathouse and showbar were very helpful and friendly aswell. Walk to the beach was very quick with two ways you could access the seafront. On the way there is the Angelos cafe and gift shop were again we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice (but a little small on breakfast portion), however we got a good deal on the Wednesday so wasn't so much of a bother. It was extremely helpful that the caravan itself is very well situated near the bus stops (for Yarmouth and Lowestoft), and a very short walk to the parkdean reception area to access the swimming pool, boathouse restaurant, arcade and show bar, with the shop and laundrette next door.

We seemed to have a bit of trouble with gas cooker although think that may just be us as we are used to electric. Nisa shop on site felt a bit uncomfortable due to unfriendly staff, but did find another shop (there are signs), not too far away when walking and were very helpful and much more friendly and approachable. Wish entertainment passes were included or an option when we booked in the first place, but was easily rectified when speaking to the reception team.

Central to everything, nice and quiet 😊

Overall was clean but just needed attention to detail, corner of the bathroom had dirt and hairs .shower glass needed cleaning.

property was clean and spacious. owners were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything

This is a very good value for money property. We liked the fact that the bus stop was very close with services to Great Yarmouth and that the bus was very cheap. The hosts were very easy to contact.
