The property's location. The apartment's generous size and well-appointed rooms. The amenities provided, along with the complimentary cookies, which were a thoughtful touch.

The cookware appears to be worn and is no longer suitable for cooking. There seems to be an unpleasant odor near the entrance of the building. The staircase must be climbed to access our apartment.

The apartment was extremely clean and it was beautifully decorated. Good quality throughout and it was nice that there were the basics of tea bags, long life milk, oil and salt and pepper etc

The smell of human urine once we entered through the main door and went up the first set of stairs was really disgusting! The brown carpet on the staircase is heavily stained and smelly and far from what should be expected in the top end price we paid. The check in instructions were only sent a few hours before check-in and were unclear that we needed to go to a different address 5 mins away to collect the keys from a lock-box. The code wasn't included in the original message and thankfully someone answered our call straight away. I had asked for an early check in 2 days before but had no reply until I messaged again on our day of arrival. Again poor customer service for the high price we had paid for the apartment

The location was excellent. The other big plus were two bathrooms.

The apartment was worn out. Desperately needed a good, deep clean. The stairs reaching this place are horrendous, a total of 48. Not recommended for older folks or any one who can’t climb lots of stairs. The kitchen has old, broken utensils of extremely poor quality. The apartment does not give any welcoming, classy vibes. The floors were super creaky. The ironing stand was very tilted and the clothes stand was broken.

Big apartment, excellent location, clean

One of the bathrooms had a broken tile + the toilet was leaking. Also, we were expected to do many tasks such as taking out the trash which is supposed to be taken care of by the owners.

It’s very comfortable and convenient. Well-decorated. Feel like home.

Nice accommodation in a great location, just what we needed for the wedding we were attending in Edinburgh.

A number of things meant that it wasn’t the luxury as was advertised! Although bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, the living room / kitchen could do with a better clean. Lounge rug needed a good hoover, iron and ironing board were dirty. Plenty cutlery and crockery but a shortage of glasses, particularly wine glasses. Shower screen in bathroom doesn’t fit, meaning water splashes onto floor. Extract fans in both en-suite and bathroom don’t work.
