The flat was a good studio flat and had really everything we needed for our stay there. It is in a great location, being an easy walk to Westbourne, the beach, and the town centre.

I asked around with the other tenants and it appears that all the flats are the same price, even though they vary in size. For example, we were in a studio flat-style, where the bedroom and living room were the same room. Other flats at the same price point were 1 or more bedroom flats with a separate living room area, etc. Additionally, while it was nice to get the place cleaned every two weeks and the cleaners were extremely nice, I do not think that it was worth the cleaning price paid.

No breakfast , location perfect

Apartment was fully equipped. Clean and spacious. Sofa bed was great to sleep for our four year old.

Car parking space was a bit cramped when all 4 apartments were in use in the same time.

netflix went down., with no solution to fix. we booked for 3 PAX, so we were expected to know where spare sheets were and to make sofa up ourselves. Spare sheets had hairs on them, which we requested to have changed. This was dealt with promptly. Boiler switches off so no hot water, had to figure out how to turn on etc. Kitchen was lacking. very basic, no luxuries.

it was comfortable and very cosy. stayed for three nights over Christmas and was just what we needed.
