Modern Ground Floor Garden Apartment With Parking

Lovely ground floor flat with garden ideal for dogs. Well equipped, obviously a lot of thought given to this.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Great location, easy to get to, clean and tidy

There was no bed linen for the sofa bed which meant we had to improvise with our own bedding. The sofa bed was also really uncomfortable. The Internet did not work for the 4 nights we were there which also impacted the TV. A shame because we wanted to watch some Christmas Films

Found the property very comfortable, everything you would need. A bit dusty in places but over all very good would happy stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Driveway pulling out onto busy lane fencing high so you need to pull forward

We had stayed just over a year before and the flat, location, garden and parking were exactly what we wanted. Decor and layout are super and it's well eqipped.

This time round it was dirty. Really dirty. It smelled and the floors were visibly filthy. I did clean them but it took a change of water every square metre. I'm not exaggerating, it was bad. I washed their mop they'd been using too as the pad hadn't ever been removed from the head and it was greasy, covered in dirt and smelled like the devil. It needs a thorough deep clean really. Looked like someone had been sick in the bathroom looking at the walls but there wasn't bleach left in the property so I'll be honest, I didn't tackle that. The shower was greasy and caked in deposit and soap scum and the shower head was hanging off the wall. The sofas smelled of urine too, unfortunately. They had kindly popped a glade plug in on though.

10am check out is a bit early

All in all the house was lovely, cleaned and the bed was amazing.

No face towels :(

Location and garden although required new garden furniture

Wooden floor looked clean but was not - black feet after walking around barefoot! Needs a thorough wash.

The setup/layout of the apartment was brilliant for us, especially with having two small dogs and having the secure garden and a door opening straight out onto it. Every room in the apartment was beautifully decorated and styled. We had our teenage son with us, and even though it is a one bed apartment, he found the almost double bed settee very comfortable. We had an little issue with the toliet on one of the mornings, and it was dealt with straight away while we were out enjoying the island. Fantastic service.

The only thing we found a little uncomfortable was the pink settee. It's OK for short periods but uncomfortable when watching something like a film for longer.
