"Absolutely perfect."

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very cosy, and felt very homely. Everything we needed was in the property, and it was the perfect location for what we wanted.

We did not dislike anything.

"Perfect stay in York."

We had a perfect stay at I Should Cocoa. Prior to our arrival, communication with hosts Emma and Mark was excellent with clear instructions provided. The apartment was spotless, furnished to a high standard, with good quality appliances and a very comfortable bed. Location was ideal being inside the city walls, so that it was quick to walk into the city. Parking was very convenient in a private space in the very secure car park situated next to the premises. I would highly recommend I Should Cocoa to anyone wishing to stay in York.
