Adrian House, near Hospital, easy parking + garden

The area was quite. Love the house. Very clean with the garden. Just great stay

It was super amazingly clean

The heating was too cold for us in spite of the booster.

In a good location close to shops hospital and bus routes

Funny smell in the property when we arrived, hoover needs a good clean(filters) as was stinking and hadn't even been emptied carpets need a clean to get smell out of them whole place needs a deep clean, not enough equipment to make a whole dinner , states cleaning products in listing this needs to be more than washing up liquid had to go buy our own to clean no mattress protector on any beds or pillows which is normally standard for any holiday lets basic cleaning isn't even met at this property 1 family actually left after 1 day back to London looks nothing like the pictures really disappointing

Location was good and pre-arrival information was timely.

The property was very poorly maintained. The garden gate was hanging off, there were cigarette butts outside the back door, the bed linen & towels were poor quality, the beds were well used & extremely uncomfortable and there was what appeared to be a cockroach in the kitchen.

The location is the only good thing.

Only respond before you go but after you visit silence. I did raise these concerns with the host but no reply. Concerned about bug found within the sofa bed sheets. Far too expensive for what you get. Not being able to checkin until 4 and leave by 10 with a list of chores to do is not acceptable. We have stayed in many houses in the area and this one felt the least accommodating. It felt very much like we want your money and you to spend no time here. It say it holds 5 people but has 3 mugs.. this was also a review from 2022 and they said they would sort this. They still haven’t. The single bedroom still had rubbish in the bin. The double bedroom ceiling light doesn’t turn on. The bed stops you shutting the door. The sofa bed has rubbish in the bottom of it piece was a Christmas bauble so it clearly hasn’t been cleaned since Christmas. Plenty of furniture in the way of the sofa bed which we shouldn’t have to move to use this. It is also a fire evacuation risk. For a house that says it sleeps 5 you’d expect more than 3 places to sit in a living room and a small 4 seater table in the kitchen. This house is suitable for 3 at most. I wouldn’t book this place again. Many other better options around the area for a better price which provide a more comfortable stay. Location was fine best thing about it.
