Private Hot Tub & Spacious Decking Area in Northumberland, Dog-Friendly, Free Golf Access

Very tired caravan in need of some TLC. Shower tray with water squelchy underneath evidently leaking into floor. Bathroom fittings falling off walls. Broken blind in kitchen. Unattached gate on decking. So not a safe environment for children. Hot tub lid too big so it could not be secured with straps for safety. Lots of old tyres and rubbish under decking. Hot water did not work when we arrived. There was text available help but how you are supposed to know there is a switch down behind boxed in pipes without a sign on the wall is beyond me.

Nice cabin with hot tub. Couple of issues occurred during our stay, but all sorted quickly and efficiently, so all good. Would definitely recommend and also stay again

The oven only half worked

The ease of turning up, collecting keys and entry. The park itself is good. Quite a walk to the gold club/bar, kids enjoyed themselves on the play park and using the hot tub.

Everything felt a little rundown, the carpet/hard floor separator was falling apart, The hot tub itself was missing 13 of the jet plastic covers and had no neck cushions in - left you sitting quite uncomfortably and being scratched now and again. The carpet needed a clean or wasn't fully hoovered, what seemed like a section of wall was missing for behind the hot tub. The decking could have done with at least a brush, it was covered in tree seeds/leaves which in turn all ended up in the hot tub too. We didnt notice in the details of the property but there was CCTV - more so a ring doorbell. Hidden high up, this made us feel uncomfortable when noticed. Adults, teenagers and small kids in bathing suites going into the hot tub and back. Plus listening in on everything said. Would say this is not appropriate for paying guests. it also felt odd the amount of signs and pieces of paper stuck onto cupboards and walls. it was very over the top and took the welcome holiday feel away.

We did not like the property

This is not a holiday let but someone’s home that they let out. Dirty, unwelcoming, dirty hot tub, disgusting bed linen, dirty kitchen and cutlery, dishes. No electric kettle. 2 toilet rolls no extras, dirty curtains, outside filthy, on arrival you are greeted by a rusty golf boogie, wrong info in folder. No bedding and what was there was filthy so we had to buy our own. Holiday ruined. The management company were useless. Over priced. I have stayed in other trailers on that site and they were fabulous. These people do not know what they are doing.

Perfect set up and everything we could have needed. Lovely and clean, warm and home from home comfort. Hot tub was excellent.

Layout worked well for us all

Horrendous smell of damp, there was mini water humidifiers everywhere but had never been changed so were black with mold, master bedroom was the strongest, every time we entered you were hit with the smell, pube on the bathroom sink when we got there, blinds in the bathroom were so dirty. The next people in definitely won’t say the same because we bought sprays, I cleaned all Friday before the grandkid came up and emptied the hoover etc, you can see it’s a business run caravan, I do think it’s possibly damp getting in through the floors because the living room stunk begins the settees, very hard to keep ontop of

Clean and comfortable....lovely ambience and hot tub was great... Everything we needed for a short break away from home... Will probably return for a stay in the summer too.. Thankyou. .Chris
