The sofa was super comfy! Beautiful, dark, starry nights. Awesome hot tub. Great host.

The door access code was incorrect but this was easily solved with a quick text!

Best one we have been to yet was very clean Hottub was amazing Kids loved the ride round on the golf caddy Will definitely be returning very soon Seen a few yound deer aswell which made the trip even better 🦌😊

"Exceptional"

We originally booked a lodge but were contacted last minute to be advised the previous guests had damaged the lodge we were expected to stay in. The host offered alternative accommodation on the park which had everything we expected and it was great we were able to come. The facilities inside were clean and easy to use.

The mattress in double bed is very firm. Not sure if it's because of wear and tear or design but was uncomfortable at times.

"Fabulous experience!"

Everything was very clean. Instructions for check-in, check-out and the facilities within the room were very clear. Kristopher was available for all our queries. The hot tub was excellent with a lot of features. The quiet and leafy location were an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom also had a heated towel rail. An overall fabulous way to unwind !

The accommodation was dirty. It had not been fully cleaned from the previous visitors. Take away mess outside, dog poo stuffed in bags on veranda, dirty linin, dirty cutlery, marks on furniture, rubbish floating in hot tub, bits of food under couch, handles hanging off Made complaint to owner who said initially would look into cleaning even asked for my email to update me. Then totally ignored me despite several follow up emails. Contacted booking.com who then offered to help then also ignored me. Cost over 650 for three nights. Had to clean it ourselves and eat out as facilities too dirty to use. This is not how you treat customers. Disgusting.
