Lovely house in an excellent location. It is well equipped and spacious. Communication good with host. Comfy beds.

The weather was very cold, the living room had an electric fire which gave additional heat.

It was all on one level, we had a member of our party on crutches so that was great for them not needing to climb stairs. The apartment had a homely feel about it. The kitchen was well equipt and we had no issues making a Christmas meal for five. The flooring was great for the dogs, easy to clean. Both showers were excellent and the heating kept the apartment nice and cosy. The electric fire in the sitting room soon warmed up the space in the evenings. I would book the apartment again if I was heading up to Keswick with the family.

The internet was awful but that is the only thing negative comment about the stay.

"Great location, would definitely stay again"

Location was fantastic and the flat was very spacious and lots of facilities.

We found the matress wasnt very comfortable and a bedside table in the bunk bed room would have been useful.

Very spacious and comfortable. Useful having 2 bathrooms for a family. Close to the town.. This is our second visit and we'll be back in August with the grandchildren.

Parking is always a problem in Keswick but we didn't have any issues.

"Disappointed despite location, apartment looks unkempt and tired"

Great location Comfy beds All necessary amenities

Peeling wallpaper. Mould behind same and on towel rails. Wifi non existent in rooms furthest from the hub. Lounge very difficult to heat up with the tiny radiator and noisy fan heater. Unemptied bins. Noise from flat upstairs due to lack of conversion soundproofing, could hear everything, yes everything! Intermittent heating problem in bunk bed and 'garage' bedroom plus boiler issues. Lots of these issues already previously commented on with no apparent improvements or changes. Raised with owners who stated difficult to upgrade due to bookings 🤔

"Enjoyable short stay in Keswick"

Location excellent for town and park. Everything very clean , showers powerful , kitchen well equipped. Able to park on street outside. Very spacious
