lovely little cottage in a quiet location in the outskirts of Liverpool, not far from the beaches of Crosby. host was very accommodating and greeted us with a basket of goodies, including juice bread and milk. the place was clean and stylish. secure parking.

there is not much storage space but for us was not a problem.

The property was so clean, private parking, extra towels/ blankets everything! Our host left out a huge selections of extras such as bread, butter, jams, and lots of other breakfast bits! It was perfect!

"A vital ingredient in the brilliant Aintree trip."

Came for the Grand National on a busy Saturday. Getting there was easy, private parking behind a locked gate and the actual property was everything we needed. Host was so kind, leaving LOADS of breakfast things and it was nice and quiet. 20min walk to Aintree - we will be back !
