The Court Yard Apartment - Fantastic location!

Great location, really central to scarborough town, near castle. Free Parking on street with voucher. Nice flat, large bathroom and living room, main bedroom good size.

No Hand towels. No dishwasher (but not really a problem).

A lovely apartment in a great location. Very well fitted, comfortable beds and sofas, and parking scratch cards were there waiting when we arrived with lots of parking spots right outside. There was no parking wheel but we picked one up for free from the One Stop near by. Apartment is very quiet to outside noise. Host quick to respond to any questions.

A couple of things to be aware of but none of these would put us off staying again: - only blinds in bedrooms so if you've got kids going to bed earlier, the rooms are still quite light and they're light early in the morning as well - The outdoor steps going down to the apartment are quite steep so had to be very careful going down carrying a baby and with a 3 year old (getting the pram down would have been very difficult so left in the car each day) - very quick to get to South Bay but all the quickest routes involve steps so it does take a little bit longer if you have a pram. However, also only a 10-15 minute walk flat to the tramway if you want to avoid big hills

We all really enjoyed our stay at Rutland Terrace , Courtyard Apartments . 2 adults , 2 kids , 2 small dogs . Plenty of space , beds comfy with nice fresh modern bedding . Felt was decorated to a high standard with lots of storage & spoilt with plenty of coat hangers . Huge bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. Towels provided for each guest. Welcome pack a nice touch , easy check in with keysafe and a nice private court yard with table & chairs . Secure for the dogs as well. Location wise , its a 10 minute walk down hill into Scarborough but obviously up hill on way back was hard but we managed to do it !! Not suitable for someone with mobility problems. Apartment located at the top of a cliff with fantastic views. Parking was not a problem always space right outside and its free with a scratch card left in apartment .

Only 3 very small negatives. * Bedsides tables in twin room really wonky and not really fit for purpose. * No washing up liquid to do pots. * no hand towel in bathroom

Nice big property!

Was surprised with how unclean certain things were like stained carpets big patch outside living room door. Lots of cobwebs in corner of room ceilings. (Living and bedroom) Shower rail loose! Poor quality mattress on double bed just little things like that!

Location excellent. Cleanliness. Very spacious. Comfortable. Hosts tentative.
