GS - Luxury, modern town centre, 2 beds, free parking for one vehicle

Super location. Parking available. Such an easy walk to the centre. All beautifully clean. Towels and bedding were of good quality. Booking and paperwork all smooth. Would highly recommend.

Water pressure in the flat was poor. Showers therefore tricky. But we managed and it would not put us off staying there again. We did keep knocking the low glass coffee table though!

A fabulous apartment. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely recommend it.

The location is wonderful. The building and parking lot was very clean. The layout of the rental unit was very nice. The quality of the material in the unit was very nice. The heating system with radiators was very powerful. It was nice to have a washing machine.

Getting into parking was not as easy first time. Same with getting into the building and the room. Entrance required individual codes but no keys. After a couple of times through entering became more routine. All of the rental units interior doors are self closing requiring door wedges to hold open. The doors also make a bit of noise so it isn't possible to not be heard when using the bathroom at night. There was also an issue with water pressure from the hot water side. The pressure on the hot side was very low. This made showering hit or miss as use of hot water else where in the unit caused the shower to reduce the flow even more.

Good location, well equipped, comfortable and a parking space was really helpful.

Quite noisy - could hear fire doors banging a lot! Shower was not brilliant flow wise.

It was a very well equipped apartment. All the cooking utensils one could need. It was a great location and three minute walk into the town. It is ideal if you are visiting Warwick Castle only 7.7 miles away thus a 15 minute drive. Bathroom was great, kitchen great and dining / living room ideal. Perfect for 4 people. I would use agin it travelling to Warwick and happy to recommend.

A few more normal drink glasses would be great, but that is being very picky, and only as children wouldn’t wash the ones up they had used!!

We stopped in this property a couple of years ago and knew it was modern clean and near the city centre,as my friend struggles to walk far

Great central location - everything withing walking distance. Beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Secure parking a real bonus.

We deliberately chose a central location, but anyone who doesn't know Stratford may find the location very noisy as it's on a main road. We didn't mind as we were out and about most of the time, but we did have to close the window at night to shut out traffic noise. Our main issue was very low water pressure, which made showering a long slow process and hair wash almost impossible as the water was not much more than a trickle.
