There was such a lovely relaxed feeling about the Seaton Estate. At the end of my 3 day break I felt as I had been a week in a luxury week long spa break. It is just so relaxing there I'm looking forward to.my next visit.

Can't think of anything even the weather was good. The only other thing I didn't like was that I hadn't booked for a week instead of 3 days.

"We enjoyed the relaxation of the park, beautiful part of the country."

The caravan was fairly new.

The caravan was close to other vans and not cleaned properly.

"Last minute weekend booking"

10.0

The caravan was a lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was situated close to all the facilities. We would definitely return. The staff were very helpful and the lady serving in the bar was a lovely pleasant friendly lady

We were missing a couple of items which we needed. A can opener and a baking tray. So we gad to change our meal plan. At the time of our visit the restaurant was not doing meals.

"Excellent stay"

10.0

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff. Accomodation comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Fabulous place with great clubhouse with plenty to keep you occupied.

The only thing i wouod mention is that the radiators in the bathrooms at no.11 looked like they needed replaced (rusty and leaking atthe top valve), but this didn't affect our stay at all, it just was a wee bit of a shame as the rest of the caravan was immaculate and so clean.

"Zero communication - poor stay."

3.0

My son was so happy to arrive at the caravan, we unpacked and went to the playground. It went downhill shortly after that when we thought we would go to the restaurant.

We had booked hoping to have meals/snacks in the restaurant and cafe. My son, who is autistic, was willing to try food at the restaurant (something he never does) but we had absolutely no idea there was no restaurant. We went along to be told the chef left over a year ago. In fact if you use the QR code on the caravan it still brings up the menus! So we went to go to the cafe instead - it was closed the Friday and Saturday. No sign up to say when it would be reopening. We had to go to the local Co-op to stock up on meals, snacks etc. Absolutely awful communication.
