location is spot on. Nice walk to the markets. short drive to Mablethorpe and Skegness

Windows dirty from last occupants child handmarks over Windows.

Good location, easy access.

Kettle leaked everywhere and was unsafe to use. The bedding was absolutely covered in Dog hairs on the actual quilt before we even put the bedding on, seemed it hadn’t been washed or even attended to in a good while. Shower screen broken, so when showering water leaked out all over the floor. Hairs left all in the sink and toilet, also toothpaste left in the sink by previous guests, again hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Again, then found a clump of hair in the dressing table drawer so couldn’t use that due to the cleanliness being so poor!! Previous guests rubbish left in cupboards, that being.. a used pop bottle. Tried to adjust temperature and didn’t work and the boiler looked questionable and the heating just unadjustable. Overall the caravan was sub par and we found human and Dog hair everywhere and was no where near up to our expectations especially when we had been sold a “clean and organised” holiday living space. The cleanliness seems to have been neglected.

Very spacious and alot of room , also happy that the double room had its own ensuite

The fridge got stuck when opening , the keys do not fit the 1st door only the 2nd door

The place was clean

It was 2 minutes away from the sea
