Fabulous location and a great price! Spacious and comfortable, literally just a couple of mins walk to the beach.

It maybe needed just a little TLC in places, but I do feel that this was reflected in the price (which was a bargain!)

Static smelled of wet dog and carpets really smelly.

Beds, sofa cushions and carpets very smelly and felt damp. Toilet smelled due to carpet.

The Caravan was lovely.

I will not be booking with booking. Com again,i was lied to booking .com sent me a email that was rubish,there was a false address and pin number for the key,and i had to go to the office in skegness that owns the caravan and fill a form for the keys,and booking. Com didn't say anything about a bond of £50 ,after all the bookings i have had with you and you treat us like that,never again and all my family will not be using booking. Com again.
