No.34 Apartment

The apartment is in exceptional condition and is centrally located, so perfect for a stay in Perth.

Nothing, we were completely happy

Central location, the flat had everything you wanted. Very clean and tidy, neighbours chatty and welcoming.

The parking was an issue in the afternoons, and we had to use local pay parking till spaces became free.

Location was excellent as we were working with Perth & Kinross Council for their Christmas events in the city centre. Handy having a kitchen, etc rather than us just staying in a hotel room.

It would be helpful if the check out time was a little later so that once we are out to start in the morning someone could come back for the bags later on, not a big deal though, we just need to be organised the night before.

The location of the property was excellent. We were working with Perth & Kinross Council at their offices at 2 High Street for their Christmas lights switch on event.

Nothing, it was great

We liked that it was close to the train station and was on the ground floor all level, and was clean with comfortable beds.but I feel that it could do with new cushions and a paint job as some of the doors were quite yellow.

When we arrived the place was very cold due to heating being on a timer, which was not good, there was no toilet roll either, and I think a small welcome of tea bags, coffee and milk would be a good idea as we had to go find a shop for these items, I feel for the price we paid it would not be too much to ask.

It was a modern clean apartment which was well equipped for all our needs. It was central to all shops and restaurants.

Nothing could have improved our stay.

It was a lovely little flat and had everything that we needed. perfect location as we have family in the surrounding area.
