"Great stay"

Has a lovely stay at Blair Street Scott apartment. Appreciated the meet and greet. Very clean apartment in a great location. Comfy and everything provided. Heaters were amazing! Communication was great from booking through to checking out. They even went above and beyond to get my forgotten key in the post back to me! Would highly recommend the apartment and will definitely be back if we're ever in Edinburgh again. Thank you for helping to make our stay special :-)

Great location, close to the Royal Mile and less than 10 minutes walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station. Beds were comfortable and at the back of the house, so shielded from the nearby noisy pubs and nightclubs (there's one almost opposite). Overall however, the negatives (see below), outweigh the positives, so would be reluctant to recommend to others in the current state.

House is a little tired and could do with some TLC, and the bathroom definitely needs a deep clean, a toilet seat that fits, and a new bin. It's a shame as, with some modest effort, and attention to detail, this could be really great. The internet didn't really work (so slow it was almost stop), and being in the basement, the mobile reception wasn't great. Similarly, there was no watchable TV as the signal was so weak. Fortunately we arrived on time (late afternoon), and glad we didn't have to pay any late check-in charges - watch out for these as they are quite penal. Apart from the person who showed us in, staff are not very friendly and not what you would expect for a hospitality team.

"We would stay again."

Its location primarily. But the beds were comfortable and the sitting room retained heat well. The apartment was nicely furnished and had a bit of a personal touch, which made it cosy. Louis and Sacha were very helpful.

Terrible TV reception - & not a smart tv! - eventually partially rectified with a bit of twiddling of aerial connection. Also creaks and squeaks in doors and floorboards.
