The property was amazing!!! Really clean and welcoming…. The room was amazing so much room and so clean, my daughter even said she wished she could live there!!

The location was excellent, the studio was clean.

That we had to do the dishes. The remote control for the TV was a bit stubborn.

The apartments are very central within easy walking distance of the city centre.

We had issues with parking. We booked based upon the property having free onsite parking. When we arrived however all of the parking spaces were taken. We telephoned the contact number and were advised that perhaps a guest had checked out but left their car whilst they spent the day in Chester. As it was a Sunday we parked in one of the reserved company spaces temporarily. A space did not become free however and we moved our car to the pay and display down the road as we didn't want to fall foul of any overzealous parking enforcement. The next day a space did become free when another guest checked out and we took it. Later that day whilst in our room we heard other guests arrive and overheard their conversation whereby they had the same issue (the allocated spaces 1 & 5 were both taken). The next morning other guests checked out and it seems they had brought 2 cars and taken a space they weren't entitled to (there is another company renting out rooms in the same building). There is no one on site to help resolve this. The room (number 2) was far smaller than the photos suggest with only a small double bed. The room was also very warm. It was summer with temperatures in the mid-20s and there is a hot water tank under the sink permanently churning out heat. This necessitated having the windows open all night meaning sleep was disturbed by traffic noise, a police helicopter over the river for 45 minutes at 2am and the bin lorry emptying the bins at 4.30am. Based on these issues we cannot recommend this property.
