Location was good. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the walls Free parking Clear instructions for check in and parking sent by the owners Bed was fairly comfy

Property was very cold on arrival. There is a radiator but it still didn't make it particularly warm! Duvet cover was too slippery for the duvet so the duvet kept shifting around inside the cover

"A great base to explore Chester."

Excellent location, right next to the wall. Seconds from the river, plenty shops, pubs, restaurants and things to do. Property was nice and quiet. Secure parking is a bonus

"Convenient for city break"

Position was excellent. Private, safe parking was a massive bonus. Clean and well equipped.

We would have liked a more comfortable chair to relax in. Also some information on how to work the heating in the shower room would have been useful.
