Fantastic location, lovely cosy decor and nice feel to the place. Right in the centre of everything. Very detailed video showing how to get to the apartment and how to use all the facilities. Very easy check in and check out procedures.

The mattresses on both the beds were extremely uncomfortable. That spoilt the stay for us. Also be aware that there are quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, which was fine for us but may not be for other people.

Location was brilliant and right on the Kings Mile.

Very small apartment. Pictures misleading. Property was supposed to have been refurbished and has had some new work done, but clearly not professionally. In need of a fair bit of remedial work. Toilet was loose on floor and broke away from wall. 2 calls to get plumber in. Beds were small doubles and we only just fitted. Not worth the fee charged by comparison to other apartments visited.

"Great flat in good location - shame about the cheap loo roll!"

The location of the flat was superb - easy access to everything. Flat was beautifully presented, with colourful and tasteful decor. Nice views from the main reception room across rooftops and beyond.

Not enough toilet paper! One on holder and one spare. Might have been OK if quality had been better, but they were the thinest, cheapest smallest rolls I have ever seen. Poor show for well over £500 a night! Had to buy more!!
