Host & Stay - Sea View 44

This place had amazing views, every window spectacular. The whole stay was made amazing just based on the location and views. The apartment was spacious and large enough for a family of 6.

Was not clean, bits on floor and lots dead insects and dust on window sills ans floor. Lots cobwebs and dust, decor dated ans in some state of disrepair.

It was a fantastic location with wonderful views up and down the coast. The apartment was spacious with comfortable sofas. We loved hearing the sound of the sea and watching boats and birds.

The only thing I would suggest (which is easy to provide!) is nicer mugs and a set of matching glass tumblers. Also a chair in each bedroom would be helpful!

Perfect location. Very close to the beach, harbour and shops. Plenty of parking and the free parking permit was an added bonus. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The views from the windows were amazing.

The apartment was a bit dirty in places, i.e. dusty headboard, some dirty window ledges, and the bath had a soap scum mark all around but there were plenty of cleaning products in the apartment so we cleaned those areas ourselves. There were also a couple of windows that wouldn't open or close properly. The apartment door key was a little temperamental.

Location was very good with excellent views. Very spacious well equipped.

Although well equipped, much of the decor tired, cupboard door hanging off, broken lamp, electric fire not working, wallpaper hanging off in places, etc

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with great sea views. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need during your stay. It is very well furnished with comfortable expensive looking furniture.

The only slight issues we found were that the fridge door catches onto the side of the unit causing it to not close unless you shove it forcefully, hence we noticed a large amount of ice at the back that we had to defrost to improve efficiency. The upstairs bedroom has no door, so it's not too private, and although there are blackout blinds, we thought the room would benefit from an additional curtain to block out the light in the morning

The size of the apartment was fantastic and everything we needed was available.

Late check in, early check out. We only had 2 nights but because of the late check in and early check out we felt we didn't have a lot of time in the apartment.

Most of apartment was clean however one bedroom had very stained blind and worn window surround and when moving desk to look for a socket if was thick with dust and cobwebs x
