The Cowgatehead Residence

Location was brilliant. Right in old town close to shops and bars.

Property was ok, covered in marks in need of a paint, bathroom needs an overhaul. Advertised as 3 beds but information wasn't easy to find that 2 beds were camp beds.

Great location, convinient and next to Victoria st and city center. Reasonable price.

the heater did not work well, it's freezing at night. Everything else are fine.

this apartment was in the best location. The only problem we had was on day one we had no hot water or heating. the management team took care of this problem strait away. in all we had a good stay enjoyed the location would stay again

The location in old town was excellent and very secure. Property was well set out.

problems we had which made it uncomfortable for us: 1. bed very hard, no mattress topping so could feel the spring coils- had to sleep on couch 2. had asked for extra bed made up and paid extra £25 however when we arrived only a fold out couch which was very stained and dirty and not made up. Consequently we found and used the single fold out bed and made it up with linen left for us. 3. Key to door was very difficult to get out and go in for both locking and opening - took several tries every time 4. Bathroom - not safe and water took long time to come through shower head - needed rubber bath mat and at least one bar handle on wall to hold on as getting in and out if bath. 5. Only one light working in kitchen
