As well as a lock box for keys the owner was there to chat and greet us on arrival. Beautiful location and scenery. Very comfortable and clean living space. Just right for a couples getaway.

We liked having detached accommodation with parking outside and being in the countryside. The location was excellent and central to everything we wanted to see. We stayed for 6 nights but never met the owners. It was great to have a washing machine, an excellent shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the tin of cookies and chocolates when we arrived.

The only negative was the long narrow driveway to the property and the rather large potholes, otherwise a great place to stay.

Great location, nice walks without needing to use the car with stunning views. Very detailed welcome pack, couldn't have asked for anything more from the facilities the host has really gone above and beyond here. From kitchen utensils and underfloor heating in the bathroom to external paw wash it had it all. Will definitely be returning if we could give more than a 10 rating we would.

We were booked for 2 nights midweek for a wedding locally, the only disappointment was not staying longer and being able to take in more of the local surroundings.

Excellent location for a quiet and relaxing stay. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything catered for. Would highly recommend.
