Location for the Metro and town are great. Comfortable beds, equipped with everything you need.

MISLEADING ADVERTISING - the property states on site free parking, this is actually on the street if you can find a space ( permit provided). It really should state this is a FIRST FLOOR apartment as this meant we couldn't have a disabled guest visit. The front door opens directly onto a set of steep stairs. The garden is not a garden it is a small courtyard down a set of stairs.

Clean and tidy apartment. Facilities worked for me and my colleague. Location handy for work and access to restaurants etc. It was still good value and it meant we weren't tied like staying in a hotel. Owners did check in via message to welcome us to the apartment which we appreciated.

Would have liked more specific information re parking. It's good that it's free and that there is a parking permit. But the anonymous note posted through the door from a resident was quite rude and passive aggressive, because I had parked on the wrong side of the alleyway! I know it's not the owners fault. Just not nice to find on our return back from work. Therefore parking instructions/suggestions re permit and where best to park before arrival would have helpful. Guidance also for the heating would be useful.

Not much ,the photo of the front door on booking.com website is of the wrong property !!! This property the front door needs replacing ,lock is hard to open letter box has seen better days . Adjacent properties tell the tale Kitchen is tired Bathroom needs replacing Living room extremely basic Bedroom very very basic Property smelt musty Only stayed 1 night as could not get other acclmodationn until Sunday, or else would not even have stayed at all The area is not very inviting, the adjacent properties the windows are blacked out Lobby photo is the photo on booking.com.com shows a property other side off road!!!!

Curtains see through, basic bed ,sheets all bobbled like very uncomfortable My wife felt very uncomfortable staying in the area ,as not well maintained buildings letter boxes missing, windows blacked out . A partial refund would not go amiss ,very very poor value for money

Well positioned for sea. Near to amenities. Comfortable, clean and warm. On a good bus route if required.

there was a fan in the living room perfect for the warm weather nice cosy little flat the main bedroom was very comfortable very handy for having the 2 rooms kitchen and bathroom. I would stay again

It was up stairs I didn't realise this when I booked I had to carry pram up stairs the travel cot wasn't provided and the mattress on the sofa bed was really dirty
