excellent location for the zoo, we walked there in 15mins. has parking. everything you'll need.

pillows were very flat but I'm used to a firm memory foam one, so for some maybe fine.

"AVOID! ACCUSES OF THEFT! VERY RUDE OWNER!"

The property was nice, although there was a little dust around and hair in the shower when we arrived which I overlooked as even though it wasn't up to standard I let it slide. Needs blinds in the main living area windows as the day light on a morning is annoying when it wakes you up. The location for the zoo was perfect, however, upon leaving the owner has accused us of stealing the hair dryer and a hand towel. Firstly we didn't even see a hairdryer and secondly we did not steal A hand towel. He is now trying to charge us for the hair dryer of which we did not even see or use and for TWO hand towels. Rude on the phone and arrogant too. DONT STAY HERE.. unless you want to be accused of being a thief! We absolutely would never steal from anyone especially not a useless little hand towel and cheap hair dryer! Thanks for ruining our last day of holiday with your rudeness and accusations!

Very clean & finished to a high standard. Central to everything we needed, the property is less than a 5 minute drive to Chester Zoo.

"Great location for Chester zoo."

Great location for visit to Chester Zoo - less than 5 min drive to main entrance. Well appointed apartment which was nice and clean and tidy.

Only a factual observation - the shape of the internal roof meant that taller guests will have to be mindful where they walk. I’m 1.83m and had to be careful.
