Clean, well equipped, warm, very convenient for Ardrossan ferry.

The location was close to where i had to be

Overall service was vrilliant

It was quite. The slept well. The shower was lovely. The room was very private.

I loved everything

Comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities and just a lovely space to stay for a night or two.

The property was spotlessly clean, bed was super comfy and I liked that the room is basically a mini apartment, my friend and I both had our own rooms with our own front doors - why that felt good I don’t know lol The owner John had a lovely welcoming energy and made our stay feel comfortable and safe which is important to us. For any reason at all you choose to stay in Irvine, I would highly recommend this establishment. Homely, welcoming and friendly - 5* 👌

There wasn’t anything for me not to like 🤔 I love cups of tea and ran out of milk too fast 🤣 but if I had asked they would have provided more milk no problem, but for anyone who loves their cuppas, I’d take a wee pint of milk to pop in the fridge so as not to bother the lovely owners when you need a cuppa late at night 🤷‍♀️ i genuinely can’t fault this place
