Perfect for our trip to Irvine, comfortable room with onsuit, kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar all provided, very quiet with no passing traffic noise, area for off road parking provided, really friendly and helpful host always on site. Highly recommend for a perfect stay in the West of Bonnie Scotland.

John was a very friendly host, welcomed us, and also came to thank us and say goodbye as we were leaving, excellent value too. Cosy, comfortable and clean, and a great central base for exploring the gorgeous surrounding area. Would highly recommend and use again. Thanks John

Ground floor apartment easy access to it, clean and tidy lovely warm apartment host was brilliant and welcoming to us, this apartment would beat any hotel as all facilities were in it.
