Excellent location with clean apartment.

You will be surprised later after checking out.

Location great. Near tram stop. Keys very convenient in keypad box.

Foosty smell in double bedroom and ensuite. Difficulty with lock and keys on road door.

It's Nothing like the photo's shown here on Booking.com. NO lovely hanging curtains in the living room so it was cold. Awful tatty blinds instead. NO lovely looking leather sofa like in the photos... it's a scabby looking Purple sofa bed that is awful to sleep on and uncomfortable to sit on. NO fresh lick of paint like in the photos, bathroom looks mouldy and people can see in through the window when you shower. No blind on the bathroom door so other guests can see you on the toilet through the frosted glass. The other shower is falling to bits in the ensuite. The extraction fan above the oven sounds like smashed dishes in a tumble dryer, but not having it on set the fire alarms off. Thick dust you could write in all over the fireplace. Even thicker dust on top of the fridge and cupboards. No date of service on the fire extinguisher or fire blanket which is very naughty. The mattresses seem to have no spring left in them so we're very uncomfortable. The entrance was like walking into a dungeon. The noise from the neighbours was very annoying, slamming the front door, up and down the concrete stairs, and talking, very loud. The view of the garden from the bedrooms looks like a dumping ground. If they gave a true representation of the apartment, I would not have paid nearly £1100 to stay here. We literally would not have stayed here. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PHOTOS!

Location was wonderful. So close the The Playhouse, book shops and the trams.

The landing lighting was hit or miss. And the key to get into the building was very difficult to work.

This property is beautiful with a lovely little garden, charming doorway and the cutest cats that welcomed us when we stayed. Owners are very kind and relaxed, the home is very comfortable, well stocked and we also loved the artwork and stylistic touches. We had such a wonderful stay here.

Nothing much really, this place was perfect. We are coffeephiles though perhaps a French press option or something extra like that on the premises would be nice, but overall this was our favorite place we stayed of several locations on the trip. The gardens and relaxed energy were so wonderful.

Location is close to many good food options, convenience store, and a nice book store. Easy to get to Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile and Waverley station with a Taxi. Beautiful apartment.

It was on the 2nd floor and lighting of the stairs was not good for the spiral staircase, especially at night. Getting our luggage up for the entire family was a little tough but then we were set for the rest of the stay.
