Woodsmill Quay Apartments

The Location was quite central near canal a pub and a sainsbuys. the furnishigs were basic but adaquate ,

The reason i scored it low was the NOISE, i could hear peoples footsleps in flat above, when the resident opisite my main door was leaving we had to edure 8 to 10 earth shattering SLAMS repeatedly, also at night also many other residence had their shoes outside the door on the stairs going up and a lingering smell of curry on the stairway from another resident. i wasnt sure if the other residents were permenent or fellow holiday lets. Also twice heard 2 seprate drunkerd arguments on the street ouside late at night. Also it was way too hot the heating we had to open window to cool room at night.

The location! 10 mins walk from the train and less from the apartment into the town centre. Two minutes from local Sainsbury's and Tesco. The apartment was comfy, with good wi-fi and a well-equipped kitchen for any cooks. Communication with the owners, by message/email, was very clear.

For the price we paid, everything was very good.

Location was perfect - we travelled by train accommodation short walk from station - great value for money - bonus of complimentary tea/coffee/sugar and biscuits - beds extremely comfy - apartment very clean and well presented - highly recommended

Location was perfect for the city centre. Getting access to the apartment was straight forward, and having coffee sugar and tea to use was convenient. A couple of shops nearby for anything needed.

if I wanted to be petty I could list a couple of things, but this was value for money.

Wow! Amazing apartment, super clean,5 -10 minutes walk into York. Parked at the NCP tanner row,5 mins walk away.Would definitely stay again.😊
